Meet Rick H., the hero who stopped one of the government's worst dog labs. This is his story. Rick is an Iraq War veteran. He suffers from PTSD, and he's recovering thanks to his beloved therapy dog. He's also a patient at the Los Angeles Dept. of Veterans Affairs. For 20+ years, this VA injected Dobermans with meth, killed them, and dissected their brains. Rick heard these dogs crying in pain from his hospital room above the VA's experimentation lab. He described it to the Daily Mail as a "house of horrors." One day, Rick saw our advertisement encouraging government leaks. He sent us these photographs. We took Rick's powerful evidence to the media and Congress. 24 hours later we shut down this "House of Horrors," once and for all! To end the remaining VA dog labs, we must run more ads to recruit whistleblowers. But our Whistleblower Fund has been exhausted ... and that's why I'm writing you today. Please follow this link to make a monthly, tax-deductible gift of $5, $10, $20, or as much as you can afford. Just think what you'll do when the Whistleblower Fund becomes a 24/7, permanent program:
And Andrea, Rick isn't the only whistleblower we've successfully recruited... Meet Todd W., a brave VA employee (and Iraq War veteran) who leaked the most devastating photos yet from inside the VA's dog labs after seeing our ads. Within 48 hours of exposing Todd's story to the media, we unanimously de-funded the VA's dog labs in the House of Representatives! So please follow this link to make a monthly contribution of as much as you can afford to our Whistleblower Fund. Please don't delay: the Senate de-fund legislation could hit the floor soon and we need all the evidence we can get to de-fund the dog labs. Thanks,
P.S. Todd and Rick stepped forward at great personal risk. The VA is notorious for punishing whistleblowers so it's even more important that we support their work now. Thanks – AB |
