| Meet Rick H., the hero who stopped one of the government's worst dog labs. This is his story. Rick is an Iraq War veteran. He suffers from PTSD, and he's recovering thanks to his beloved therapy dog. He's also a patient at the Los Angeles Dept. of Veterans Affairs. For 20+ years, this VA injected Dobermans with meth, killed them, and dissected their brains.  Rick heard these dogs crying in pain from his hospital room above the VA's experimentation lab.
