Please Sign New Petition For Tony!

PLEASE TAKE ACTION FOR TONY NOW! Louisiana Senator Rick Ward has introduced bill SB 250 seeking to: "exempt certain persons from the requirements of the big exotic cats rules" (specifically to allow Michael Sandlin to keep Tony at Tiger Truck Stop in Grosse Tete Louisiana.)

The bill has passed out of the Senate Natural Resources Committee and is scheduled for a vote before the full Senate today. PLEASE SIGN this PETITION telling them to OPPOSE SB 250 and to UPHOLD Louisiana State Law PROHIBITING private ownership of tigers.

PLEASE Call your Senators NOW and tell them to Vote NO on SB 250! Take five minutes to make a brief, polite call to your State Senator. You can simply say, "Hello. I am one of your constituents and I'm concerned about the welfare of captive tigers in our state. I would like you to vote against SB 250."

You can find out who your Senator is here: by entering your address. A list of your representatives will generate. You need to call your Louisiana Senate District #” Senator, not your U.S. Senator.
